In my web wanderings this week I came across this bit of reversible fashion fabulousness:

I also discovered just how awesome merino underwear is. I've poo-poohed it before (even though I luuurve my wool everything else) because the fit just wasn't right. But behold - the sprite hot pant:
I do not look like a fat-free chicken-legged model in my undies (and nor do I wish to) but this photo shows you the style that apparently works for me. A little boy short, a little grandma brief, a lot of comfy.
